C-Series SiPM Sensors 4-Sided Scalable Arrays ON Semiconductor's C-Series silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) sensors are used to produce compact scalable arrays. These sensors in an MLP package are mounted on a PCB with minimal dead space and are available in various forms consisting of 1 mm, 3 mm or 6 mm sensors. The back of each ArrayC has a multi-way connector or Ball Ball Array (BGA), providing access to fast* and standard outputs, as well as common I/O from the pixel sum substrate. * Please note that ARRAYC-60035-4P-BGA does not have fast output.
