The FSB70450 is a Motion SPM 7 module providing a fully featured, high performance inverter output stage for AC direct sense, BLDC and PMSM motors. These modules integrate optimized gate drive of built-in MOSFETs (FRFET technology) to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing several on-module protection features including undervoltage lockout, temperature monitoring, fault reporting, and interlock functions. A built-in HVIC converts incoming logic-level gate inputs into the high-voltage, high-current drive signals required to properly drive the module's internal MOSFETs. Separate open source MOSFET terminals are provided for each phase to support the widest range of control algorithms.

The NCP51530 is a 700 V high-side and low-side driver with high drive capability for AC-DC power supplies and inverters. The NCP51530 provides optimum propagation delay, low quiescent current and low switching current at high operating frequency. Therefore, the device enables energy-efficient power supply designs operating at high frequencies. The NCP51530 uses SOIC8 and DFN10 encapsulation.
