The NC7ST86 is a high performance single 2-input CMOS exclusive OR gate with TTL compatible inputs. An advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed and low-power circuit operation. ESD protection diodes are built-in to protect the VCC and GND rails of the input and output. High gain circuitry provides high noise immunity and reduces sensitivity to incoming edge rates. TTL-compatible inputs enable TTL to NMOS/CMOS interface. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but output current drive is half of HC/HCT.

The VHCT04A is an advanced high-speed CMOS inverter fabricated in a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high operating speeds similar to equivalent bipolar Schottky TTLs while maintaining low power consumption in CMOS. This internal circuit consists of 3 stages including buffered outputs that provide high noise immunity and stable output. A protection circuit ensures that 0V to 7V is applied to the input pin regardless of the supply voltage at VCC = 0V and the output pin. These circuits prevent device damage due to mismatched supply and input/output voltages. This device can be used as an interface between 3V system and 5V system and both power systems such as battery backup.
