Logic device/transceiver/encoder

The NC7S86 is a single 2-input high-performance CMOS dedicated OR gate. Advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed, low-power circuit operation over a wide range of VCC. ESD protection diodes are built in to protect the input and output of the VCC and GND rails. The input is well buffered from the output to ensure high noise immunity and reduce sensitivity to input edge rates.
