6-Channel, 4.75V to 5.25V Bipolar Inverter 14-SSOP

The LCX245 contains eight non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. The device is suitable for low-voltage (2.5V and 3.3V) VCC applications and is capable of interfacing to a 5V signal environment. The T/R# input determines the direction of data flow through the device. The OE# input places the A and B ports in a high-impedance state, thereby disabling both. The LCX245 uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS.
