The NL27WZU04 is a high-performance dual unbuffered inverter that operates from 1.65 to 5.5 V. The device includes a dual unbuffered inverter. Used in conjunction with other devices or in the MC74LCXU04 Hex Unbuffered Inverter, these devices are ideal for use as oscillators, pulse shapers, and in other applications that require digital devices in analog mode. Due to its lower complexity, analog performance is more consistent across devices. For digital-only applications, NL17SZ04, NL27WZ04, NL37WZ04, or MC74LCX04 are recommended. The current drive capability of the output is 24 mA.
