The NBA3N011S is a Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) driver for low power and high data rate applications. The device accepts LVCMOS/TTL input and converts it to LVDS, suitable for supporting data rates above 400 Mbps (200 MHz). The driver offers low EMI and a typical output swing of 350 mV. The device can be paired with the companion NBA3N012C single-wire receiver, or with any other LVDS receiver for a high-speed LVDS interface. The LVDS output is designed as a 3.5 mA (typ) current mode driver for low power consumption even at high frequencies. The NBA3N011S features a 5-lead SOT23 encapsulation and ships in 3000-unit tape and reel packaging.

The NCV7344 CAN transceiver is the interface between the controller area network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical bus. The transceiver provides a differential transmit function for the bus and a differential receive function for the CAN controller. The NCV7344 is a new addition to the family of CAN high-speed transceivers and complements its predecessors such as the NCV734x CAN standalone transceivers and AMIS42665, AMIS3066x. The NCV7344 guarantees additional timing parameters to ensure robust communication at data rates exceeding 1 Mbps to meet CAN flexible data rate requirements (CAN FD). These features make the NCV7344 an excellent choice for all types of HS-CAN networks in nodes requiring a low-power mode with wake-up capability via the CAN bus.
