The USB1T1105A is a Universal Serial Bus Specification Version 2.0 compliant transceiver. The device provides a USB interface for full-speed (12Mbit/s) USB applications. The USB1T1105A offers exceptional flexibility for differential and single-ended inputs, while an integrated voltage regulator sets the I/O levels from 1.65V to 3.6V. With an integrated 5.0V to 3.3V regulator, the part can be powered directly from the USB host (VBUS), minimizing power dissipation from the local power supply when used in low voltage devices. The USB1T1105A provides 15kV ESD protection based on the USB bus pins (D+/D-). This eliminates the need for any external ESD devices while providing superior protection for larger, more expensive ASICs and USB controllers.
