The NCV7349 CAN transceiver is the interface between the controller area network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical bus. The transceiver provides a differential transmit function for the bus and a differential receive function for the CAN controller. The NCV7349 is a new addition to the CAN high-speed transceiver family and complements the NCV734x CAN family and previous CAN transceiver products such as the AMIS42665, AMIS3066x. Due to the wide common-mode voltage range of the receiver input and other design features, the NCV7349 achieves excellent electromagnetic sensitivity (EMS). Similarly, extremely low electromagnetic emissions (EME) are achieved through excellent matching of the output signals.
