ON Semiconductor's NLAS7222B and NLAS7222C are a family of analog switching circuits manufactured on the company's advanced sub-micron CMOS process to achieve industry-leading performance. The NLAS7222B and NLAS7222C are 2-port to 1-port analog switches. Its wide bandwidth and low bit-to-bit skew allow it to pass high-speed differential signals with good signal integrity. Each switch is bidirectional, providing no or little attenuation of high-speed signals at the output. Industry-leading advantages include less than 250 ps propagation delay, resulting in low channel resistance and I/O capacitance. Its high performance channel-to-channel crosstalk rejection produces little noise interference. Its bandwidth is sufficient to pass high-speed USB 2.0 differential signaling (480 Mb/s).
